jPort is an application launcher that provides the portable Java applications on every computer everywhere you go. jPort creates a Java enabled menu to launch dozens of free applications. jPort desktop does not require installation. Simply upload jPort on any desktop and hundreds of free Java applications will be under your fingertips. You can copy the jPort package to a USB flash drive and you can use jPort applications on any computer while you are traveling.
You can install more applications from Portable Java Program portal (PJP). Simply open 'Preferences ' - PJP Manager'. The select needed program and click 'Install'. You can also remove a program by clicking 'Remove'. The program will be removed from your local installation. reference and data files
All preferences and data files will be stored on the same USB flash drive. However, you can also use the host computer file system.
You can also add a new application to the jPort menu (in the PJP format) as Preferences - Open PJP file.
The library for Portable Java Program (PJP) format supported by the jPort application launcher is organized in several categories. A demo version is packed with the programs marked as 'Demo'. Activated jPort can access all other programs (the total size of programs is 1 GB).
License:
jPort is a shareware product. You can use it without activation, but the original package contains only several Java applications.
